Snowboard Sizing

Keep in mind that there is no magical formula for every rider. It's more or less determined by terrain, conditions and most of all, personal preference.

The length of your board is primarily determined by your weight and the type of riding that you do. In general, a rider with a freeride preference should consider getting a longer board for more stability and speed. Someone that is more interested in a freestyle aspect should look to a shorter board that will be easer to maneuver in the park.

Snowboard Width Sizing:

A board that is too narrow in relation to a rider's boot will cause toe and heel drag. With a board that's too wide, the rider will not be able to put adequate pressure on the toe and heel edge, thus creating an unresponsive ride.
